Ms. Nelson is the Executive Director and Founder of InnOVATION Arts Academy. She also founded the ACE Preparatory program and Summer Camps at the University of Kentucky, where she completed her MMus in vocal performance. Several students in her program have landed major roles in national Broadway productions in recent years (Audrey Bennett, Brooklyn Shuck, Kyla Carter). She has been teaching youth and children in the performing arts for over 20 years and  is an active vocal instructor in Lexington, KY, maintaining a private studio of classical, crossover, and musical theatre students.

Gabrielle is originally from Lexington, KY and has completed her BM in Vocal Performance from the University of Kentucky. With UKOT, she performed Cosette in Les Miserables, Johanna  in Sweeney Todd, toured two SOOP productions, and has been featured in Grand Night for Singing. She has also worked with the LEX, as Miss Andrews and Miss Lark in Mary Poppins, Maud in The Music Man, and their 2018 Concert with the Stars. She is also a studio artist with Kentucky Opera. In 2016, she won the 2016 VSA International Young Soloist Award and performed at the Kennedy Center.

Kay Kissick has been a dance instructor for 36 years. For 8 years, she owned a dance studio in Winchester, KY called Arts Studio of Kentucky, and she has taught for many others, including the Frankfort School of Ballet. Kay has been Adjunct Faculty at Indiana University Northwest in Gary, IN, and Valparaiso, IN, where she taught courses and directed the universities' dance companies. Kay is a charter member of the Nashville Ballet and danced professionally for 12 years, both in the ballet company and in off-Broadway musicals. Kay received a BA in Dance from Oklahoma City University in 1987.

Susanna White earned her BA in Theatre at the University of Kentucky and a Vocal Performance minor. Her performing credits include “The Tribe” in Hair, “Asaka” in Once on this Island, Sweeney Todd, Grand Night for Singing, The Promised Land, and "Sabrina” in BOUNCE.  She competed in the 2015 and 2017 Miss Kentucky Pageants earning a place in the top ten, the Spirit of Miss Kentucky Award, and the Overall Talent Award.  Susanna also enjoys leading worship at Quest Community Church and is passionate about bringing glory to the Lord through her artistic abilities.  She hopes to be a positive influence in the world not only through her work, but through her heart for loving others.

Abigail Rank has been performing in various forms of dance since she was 2 years old (Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Pointe, and Stunting). She is currently going to school to become an Occupational Therapist. Upon graduation, she intends to become a Dance Therapist, a rising form of rehabilitation for injured athletes, and performers. Having undergone spinal fusion for scoliosis, Abigail has a passion to help others who are going through similar trials in their lives. Abigail brings that passion and experience to share with budding young dancers
