Join audition coach Mary Joy Nelson and Broadway professional Patrick Garr for tips and instruction on how to get the most out of your self-taped auditions. Learn how to audition more confidently and with more specificity so that you can really shine as an actor. Students may prepare a 1-minute audition song or monologue for the first class. Additional materials will be provided or suggested to the students. On Wednesday, June 3rd, joined the Bennett family as they share their set-up and self-tape practical advice. Audrey Bennett is a child tv and broadway actor. She originated the role of Young Anna in the Broadway production of Frozen, and is currently featured in HBO Max's Love Life with Anna Kendrick.

Charlotte's Web is the story of Wilbur the pig and his friendship with Fern Arable, the little girl who adopts him, and his barnyard friends - especially Charlotte the spider. Wilbur, the story's main character, is born the runt of a litter of pigs but he turns out to be much more than meets the eye in this classic, heartwarming tale. Students will engage in on-camera acting techniques as they explore and develop the dynamic, endearing characters from Charlotte's web in a scene study-and-perform format.

Students K-2 will learn songs and scenes based on the popular Disney Channel Original Movie, Descendants. In this class, early elementary performers will develop characters and absorb acting techniques through games and exercises that will engage their imagination! This class is designed to include both male and female students.
