InnOVATION Arts Academy welcomes applications for the following immediately available teaching positions:
1. Advanced Conservatory Class Voice
-
A degree or working toward a degree focusing in vocal music or vocal music eduction.

Experience working with students age 9-18.

Experience teaching part-singing with co-requisite piano skills.

Experience with sight singing and/or ear training a plus.

Accompaniment skills a plus.
​2. Music Director for Upcoming productions

A degree or working toward a degree focusing in music or music eduction, or experience Music Directing.

Comfortable working with children and teens.

Part-playing piano skills. Accompaniment skills a plus.
​3. Substitute Teachers in all arts disciplines (vocal music, acting, dance, tech theatre)

InnOVATION Arts Academy provides high-quality performing arts instruction and dynamic performance opportunities to students ages 3-18.

As a part of the InnOVATION teaching team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other arts teaching professionals. InnOVATION teachers are passionate educators devoted to personal growth and excellence. Providing incremental curriculum, fast-paced and creative learning spaces, and an inclusive, supportive learning environment is of tremendous importance to us. We get to know each student, and invest in their growth and success as they learn to take creative risks, make relational choices, and express themselves through character development. Our students take vocal, acting, and dance classes in order to prepare to perform intentionally, skillfully, and honestly.

InnOVATION Arts Academy is committed to providing our students with leadership education and opportunities, so that they are prepared to participate in arts leadership at InnOVATION as well as in their schools and communities.

InnOVATION Arts is an independent non-profit corporation that received 501(c)(3) approval in November 2016. The corporation has an all-volunteer Board of Directors with Dr. Mary Joy Nelson as the active Executive Director of programming and operations.
