Registration

How do we register for classes?


InnOVATION Arts Academy uses an online registration system. You may enter the system here.




What is your refund policy?


Refund policy: If a student drops out of a class after registering for the class, the following refund policy will apply. Workshops: Refunds will be provided only if notice of cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to the workshop session, or if the workshop session is cancelled by InnOVATION Arts. Summer Programs: Refunds will be provided only if notice of cancellation is received at least one (1) week prior to the start of the program. For instance, if the program starts at 9:00 am on June 25, no refund will be provided for a cancellation after 9:00 am on June 18. Conservatory Packages: - Notification provided to InnOVATION Arts 24 hours before class has begun – refund of tuition, minus $25 fee. - Notification provided to InnOVATION Arts after class has begun - before the third class – student must pay the first month plus an additional month's fees as a cancellation fee. - Notification provided to InnOVATION Arts after the 3rd class – student must pay the remaining month, plus an additional 2 month's fees as a cancellation fee. If insufficient payment has been made, the parent will receive an invoice for the balance due. - Notification provided to InnOVATION Arts after January 6th, 2020 - student must pay their conservatory fees in full. Fall and Spring Semester Classes: - Notification provided to InnOVATION Arts at least 24 hours before the first meeting of the class – full refund of tuition and fees. - Notification provided to InnOVATION Arts after the first class and before the third class – refund of 75% of tuition. - Notification provided to InnOVATION Arts before the fourth meeting of the class – refund of 50% of tuition. - Notification provided to InnOVATION Arts after the fourth meeting of the class or any time after that point - no refund will be made. If insufficient payment has been made, the parent will receive an invoice for the balance due. Prorated tuition: On occasion, InnOVATION Arts will offer prorated tuition to students who register for a class after the semester has started. Prorated tuition is not offered for all classes, but typically is for dance classes. Please ask whether prorated tuition is available if you are registering mid-semester. Do you offer financial aid?


We reserve slots in all our classes for scholarships to students who have an interest in the performing arts but lack the financial resources. For more information, click here.




Do you offer any family discounts?


Families registering more than one student will receive a 10% discount on the class with the lower tuition amount. The Family Discount can be combined with the Multi-Class Discount.




Do you offer any multi-class discount?


With the multi-class discount, registering for two programs results in a 10% discount on the class with the lowest tuition. Adding a third class results in a 10% discount on the two programs with the lowest tuition. And the discount continues to apply in that way as more classes are added.

Do you run background checks on your teachers?


Yes! In addition to meeting our high educational standards, our teachers must pass background checks and character references.
